Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to MotoHood ("we", "our", or "the App"). This End User License Agreement and Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MotoHood governing your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services.

Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior: MotoHood maintains a strict, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. You may not use the App to post, transmit, or share offensive, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit, threatening, defamatory, or hateful material. Any user engaging in abusive behavior or posting objectionable content will have their content removed immediately and will be permanently banned from the service without warning.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using MotoHood, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, access, or use MotoHood.

2. Private Club Model, User-Generated Content & Code of Conduct

MotoHood is a private motorcycle club management and coordination platform. Users can create a club or join an existing club to organize rides, meetings, announcements, and events with club members they know. MotoHood is not an open public social network or stranger discovery feed. Because club members post content directly within their club spaces, all users must adhere to our Community Safety Standards:

No Objectionable Content: You may not upload or distribute content containing profanity intended to harass, explicit pornography, graphic violence, hate speech, or content promoting illegal acts.
No Abusive or Harassing Behavior: Bullying, intimidation, stalking, threats, defamation, impersonation, or personal attacks against other members or clubs are strictly prohibited.
No Spam or Fraud: Commercial spam, automated bot activity, scam links, and deceptive fundraising are forbidden.
Respect Intellectual Property: You may only post text, images, and ride flyers that you own or have explicit authorization to share.

3. Content Reporting & 24-Hour Moderation

We are committed to maintaining a safe community. MotoHood includes built-in safety controls:

Flagging/Reporting Content: Any user can flag an objectionable chat message or inappropriate user profile by selecting the "Report" button. Reports are transmitted directly to our moderation team.
Timely Response: All flagged content is reviewed by human moderators within 24 hours. Content that violates our standards is promptly deleted.
Developer Contact: You can also report violations directly to our safety desk at support@jippylong12.xyz.

4. Member Moderation & Removal

Because MotoHood provides private coordination for organized clubs whose members know each other, club leadership (Presidents, Vice Presidents, Officers) and our moderation desk maintain strict community standards:

Club officers and administrators possess full authority to mute, kick, or ban members who violate club bylaws or code of conduct.
Users reported for abusive conduct are investigated by our safety desk within 24 hours. Accounts confirmed to have engaged in harassment or abusive behavior are promptly removed.
Removed accounts immediately forfeit access to club communication channels, rosters, and event coordination.

5. Termination & Account Removal

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or ban any account, club, or user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior detrimental to other members or the App. Terminated accounts lose all access to club data, chat channels, and past voting records.

6. License Grant & Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, MotoHood grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on compatible devices for personal or club coordination purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App's source code or architecture.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". MotoHood disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall MotoHood be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
