How do I join an existing motorcycle club?

To join a club, you'll need the club's unique 6-character Join Code provided by an officer (e.g., President, VP, or Secretary). Open MotoHood, sign up or log in, select "Join a Club", and enter the code.

How does democratic club voting work?

Club officers can create formal proposals and secret ballots for membership approvals, rides, by-laws, and officer elections. Members receive an instant push notification and can cast their vote directly in the app. Votes are tallied in real time with complete integrity.

How are monthly dues tracked?

Club treasurers and officers configure monthly dues amount and track payment statuses per member. Members can view their current dues history and payment receipts directly in their profile.

How do I request deletion of my account and data?

You can delete your account at any time in the MotoHood app under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, email support@jippylong12.xyz with subject "Account Deletion Request", and all account records, photos, and personal data will be completely erased within 14 days.
